The AAF Mosaic Center for Multiculturalism implements all of the AAF’s multicultural and diversity initiatives. The Mosaic Center is an established leader on multicultural marketing/advertising and inclusion issues. The Center’s mission includes the development of new programs and services to recognize and develop diverse talent and promote broad and realistic portrayals of multicultural communities.
Mosaic Awards – The AAF’s Mosaic Awards recognize companies, agencies and individuals whose commitment to diversity and inclusion is evident through their creative work and organization-wide initiatives. Past recipients have embraced advanced marketing techniques and business practices and have developed diversity programs that not only help improve the bottom line, but also secure a relevant role in a continuously evolving corporate environment.
Most Promising Multicultural Students – The AAF’s Most Promising Multicultural Students program connects the advertising industry with the nation’s top multicultural college seniors. This premier event provides opportunities to recruit fresh talent to further prepare the advertising industry’s best young prospects and to help the advertising and media workforce better reflect the diversity of today’s society. The program not only honors the students, but enhances their knowledge and understanding of the advertising industry by offering networking, interviewing and industry immersion opportunities with advertising professionals, marketing and media professionals.
Mosaic Principles – The Mosaic Principles serves as guide to common diversity practices that are essential to addressing not only the demands of consumers, but to better reflect our society as a whole. Diversity In Action offers actionable solutions to agencies and companies looking to embrace our Mosaic Principles and create a more inclusive industry.
