1Must be age 31 or younger. Payment must accompany
application.
2Must live and work outside of Cuyahoga,
Geauga, Lake, Lorain, Medina, Portage and Summit Counties; initiation
fee is waived.
3Students enrolled full-time in a 2 or
4 year university or college, or in a graduate program.
It is understood that this application is subject
to acceptance by the Board of Directors. Membership is not valid
until payment is received. Dues are billed each year on the anniversary
date of your joining, and membership is automatically renewed each
year until the Ad Association office is notified of your resignation.
Dues payments may be deductible for federal income tax purposes
as an ordinary and necessary business expense. Contributions or
gifts to the AAF-Cleveland are not deductible
as charitable contributions. Incorporated under the laws of the
State of Ohio as a not-for profit corporation. Founded in 1901.
