Attention non-A.I. earthlings! The World’s Best Ad Agency according to Google is searching for a senior digital strategist with 5+ years of experience to help lead digital strategy for campaign planning and management, as well as analytics reporting.

Key responsibilities

Develop digital marketing strategies to grow business success of our clients’ brands
Lead strategic POV on each digital touchpoint’s strengths and overall role within connection planning ecosystem
Identify the most relevant and actionable insights from web analytics and syndicated data
Build, manage, and optimize campaigns through various digital channels (including use of DSP, The Trade Desk)
Serve as an internal and client-facing thought leader on how technology is changing marketing, and the best uses of digital today
Integrate analytics–from evaluating partners to setting up tracking and analyzing results
Help to ensure optimal and consistent omni-channel user experiences without ever saying the words “omni-channel user experiences”

Must be:
Passionate about the integration of media, technology, and simple, bold brand storytelling to help our clients’ marketing dollars work as effectively and as efficiently as possible.
Analytical and data-driven, with the ability to propose simple creative solutions to complex business challenges.
Comfortable and confident in both client facing and internal working environments, even if a little shaky walking down a 16-foot spiral staircase that, umm, shakes.
Human–who shares our belief that as much as marketing has become a science science these days with programmatic buys, A.I., big data, and ROI-obsessed marketing boards, it’s still about engaging real people, not robots.
