Impact Communications is a team of creative and technical specialists who excel at video production, meeting and corporate event production, immersive exhibits and custom mobile and app development. We are currently looking for a Producer/Account Manager to join our team. Located in Cleveland’s historic warehouse district, Impact offers a creative and exciting environment where the appropriate candidate will join a collaborative, flexible and tightly knit team.

The Producer/Account Manager serves a dual role with the assigned client(s).

As a Media Producer you will work with the client and a team of Impact creative staff to produce multiple media solutions for the client’s communication needs across a range of formats and platforms such as video production, speaker support, animation, live events, websites and apps.

The Account Manager role involves developing deep client relationships to gain a comprehensive understanding of the client’s business, offering value and creative solutions to fulfill their communications objectives. The Account Manager role includes participating in client facing meetings, proposal writing, estimating, project management, budget management and working with accounting and billing team members to reconcile final billing on projects.

Additional qualifications include:
1. Seven or more years of progressively responsible experience as a Video or Multi-Media Producer. Event production experience helpful
2. Demonstrated creative ability (portfolio).
3. Demonstrated success with project management and meeting deadlines.
4. Demonstrated history of developing and managing project budgets.
5. Excellent communication skills.
6. Technical knowledge of video production and meetings & events production.
7. Account/client management experience preferred.
8. Strong writing skills.
9. Strong people skills, including a proven ability to develop and maintain strong professional relationships with clients and colleagues.
10. Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)
