Full Job Description
The Associate Manager is responsible for the coordination of client marketing programs placed through Brandmuscle’s Media Center. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working directly with individual Agents and have an in-depth understanding of developing successful local marketing campaigns using a wide variety of traditional and digital marketing tactics. This position will provide coaching and training to team members and work collaboratively with media buyers to meet client deliverables.

Responsibilities include:

Provide day to day leadership, training and development of a small team of local marketing support representatives
Track performance metrics and productivity (call reviews, queue management)
Recommend and develop individual and team training needs
Assist in the development of training materials (talking points, scripts, email templates)
Act as a liaison between the Agent and the Brandmuscle Media team to ensure that Agent’s timelines are met:
Conduct consultation calls with Agents to understand their marketing needs and provide guidance on how to spend dollars effectively
Assist the media buying team on identifying and recommending the best marketing solution that meets the Agent’s objectives and budget
Guide Agent’s on creative recommendations and build creative in Adbuilder for Agent approval
Processing claims and associated details for media orders
Assist in the analysis and provide solutions to client issues in the best interest of both the client and Brandmuscle
Interfacing with all stakeholders that will interact with the project, including end-users, media partners, internal sales, product development, graphic operations and client service teams.
Providing ongoing project management, feedback and assessment of assignments and issues to managers and executives

A Bachelor’s degree is required
Management experience and advertising/marketing experience ideal
Detail- and client service-oriented; excellent organizational skills
Self-starter, ability to work without direct supervision
Availability to accommodate various working hours as client workload requires
Superior communication skills, both verbal and written
Well versed in use of Microsoft office products (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

A minimum of 2 years of management experience and 3 years corporate marketing or advertising agency experience.
