We are seeking a top-notch student, upcoming graduate or recent graduate to join the Marcus Thomas Media team for the summer. This is a paid, full-time, three-month internship. The majority of time will be spent assisting in the planning, buying and management of paid media with an emphasis on digital media.


Work with Marcus Thomas’ team of media planners and buyers to plan and execute traditional and digital media campaigns.
Collaborate with other practices (Creative, Analytics, Research, Account Service, etc.) to solve Impossible Challenges on behalf of our clients.
Assist with pulling and analyzing third-party research and data for a variety of projects.
Report on and analyze the details of digital media campaigns and paid search campaigns.
Participate in brainstorming meetings.
Senior class standing or recent graduate of an Advertising-, Marketing-, Communications-, Journalism- or Business-related program at an accredited four-year university. Special consideration will be given to candidates graduating in May 2017, as the internship could evolve into a full-time position.
Uncommon sense.
Understanding of Media Planning. Completion of Media Planning coursework is preferred.
Eagerness to learn.
Attention to detail and the ability to multitask.

Willingness to take on a variety of assignments.
A keen interest in media consumption and trends.
Analytical skills a plus.
A proactive, can-do attitude, with a willingness to do more than expected.
