Full Job Description
As a Group Manager, you will be responsible for managing an Account Group of 3 team members made up of your role, an Account Manager and a Project Coordinator. The ASGM is responsible for client satisfaction, key account management, developing and pitching new opportunities with existing clients, and the professional development of your Group.

Minimum Education Requirements: Bachelor Degree from an accredited University in Marketing or a related area of study.
This role will consist of:
Key account management
Group account oversight
Existing client business development
Group team member training and HR responsibilities

Role Details:
Key Account Management
Leadership on key accounts with various support staffing by your Group
Provide strategic counsel to client executives
Develop custom solutions based on client issues and opportunities
Comfortable pitching, presenting and educating clients of all backgrounds

Group Account Oversight
Travel as necessary to build face-to-face relationships with clients usually located throughout the Midwest.
Travel can be up to 20% of your time with occasional overnights
Relationship building through client entertainment and interaction
Significant site visits, observation days, meals, sporting and other events
Average of 2/Week
Account Manager and Project Coordinator client oversight managing and mentoring
Group client satisfaction measured
Individual performance reviews in tandem with client surveys
Regular check-ins with all Group clients that have existing or future value to the agency

Business Development
Annual goals - Individual and Group
Assistance with AM/PC Group efforts
Upkeep of Group business development data and initiatives
Weekly Recap Sessions with President
AM/PC weekly recap with Account Group Manager
Hit list and action planning delivered weekly
Inactive account reactivation efforts
Group HR Responsibilities
Coaching and Mentoring Team Members
Resource allocation recommendations to the President and Director of Operations
Weekly Account Group team member check-ins
Monthly recaps and sales reviews
Bi-Yearly Recalibration
Reviews administered annually
