Full Job Description
Our Graphic Arts Specialists are a key part of the Adcom Creative Services team. You’ll work alongside Art Directors, Graphic Arts Specialists and Account Managers to produce a breadth of print and digital media, presentations and collateral according to precise specifications and deadlines for our vendors, media outlets and clients. Your focus on quality and accuracy is paramount. Graphic Arts Specialists need to possess a high degree of initiative and offer up ideas for client challenges while following their established brand guidelines. You’ll be an important part of our creative department efficiencies, active in improving processes. This will require you to take full advantage of the robust software you have available, constantly learning and honing your craft. You’ll need to remain considerate of our clients’ brand standards while executing, at times, under challenging circumstances.

• Work with multiple creative and account teams to produce the best creative possible for our clients by bringing effective and original insight into that work
• Prepare all artwork to exacting standards with an eye toward layout and design
• Be curious, dig deep, go further and offer options
• Think like a creative and a business person – be considerate of brands and business needs but propose the best creative solutions even in time-sensitive moments
• Appreciate feedback and direction from clients, fellow creatives and account teams, and use it to arrive at new and better results

• Proficient with Adobe Creative Cloud
• Works well with design direction and able to collaborate with others in a cross-functional team
• Thrives in an environment with constantly-changing priorities and needs
• Microsoft Office, and knowledgeable in various web and social platforms
• Working knowledge of HTML5
• Dedicated to quality with a sense of urgency to deliver on time
• Dependably to manage multiple priorities through to completion

• Digital and print portfolio for review
• 4-5 years of working within agency creative teams
