s a member of the Marketing team, the Demand Generation Marketing Specialist plays a key role in growing BrandMuscle’s client base by developing, implementing, and optimizing lead generation and nurturing programs. A BrandMuscle Demand Generation Marketing Specialist takes ownership, with a mindset to determine what needs to be done and how to do it. He or she understands the sales process and the role marketing plays to support revenue generation, including industry verticals, BrandMuscle’s value propositions, customer segments, and buyer journeys, and the resulting targeted communication.

The Demand Generation Marketing Specialist is responsible for launching, managing, and testing demand generation marketing programs. The Demand Generation Marketing Specialist will analyze performance and creating custom list segments while maintaining data integrity and quality and creating supporting program elements, such as landing pages and email campaigns, to showcase how BrandMuscle has the simplicity, versatility, and power that marketers need to drive ROI.


Build, execute, test, and analyze multi-touch, targeted digital campaigns to drive demand and nurture leads through the various stages of the sales cycle, including but not limited to: email marketing, SEM, online display, native advertising, organic, and paid social
Create and manage prospecting lists; ensure that data is synchronized between Salesforce, Marketo, and other third-party systems and partners
Create, analyze, and distribute reports and dashboards to track campaign performance and effectiveness in capturing leads, sales opportunities, and marketing ROI, as well as make recommendations and take strategic action based on the data gathered
Partner and consult with BrandMuscle’s in-house Performance Marketing team on the development and execution of online demand generation opportunities and campaigns (Events, Webinars, Sponsored Content, Online Display, Google PPC, LinkedIn, etc.).
Make and maintain company website updates as necessary

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field
3-5+ years of B2B marketing experience; preferably in high-tech or digital marketing
Demonstrated success developing and executing multi-touch marketing campaigns based on buyer personas and their stage in the sales cycle
Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Salesforce and Marketo (or similar marketing automation software)
Experience using Drupal, WordPress, or similar web development/content management systems
Experience leading projects from inception to completion including analysis of results
Experience with lead scoring and nurturing campaigns
Ability to transform data into actionable information
Effective time management skills – ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
Ability to contribute in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, team-based environment
Excellent listening, written, and verbal communication skills
