We are seeking an experienced and exceptionally talented digital media planner to join our media team. You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day process of all media planning and buying efforts for clients. We know the impossible is possible and we’re seeking candidates who know that too.

Drives Results: Develops strong and effective media plans based on sound strategies and research. Manages all aspects of the media plan execution, including issuing insertion orders, tracking spec development and implementation, custom unit production and billing reconciliation. Monitors day-to-day progress of campaigns by completing daily reporting and optimization to ensure that deadlines are met. Responds to team counterparts’ problems and questions in a timely manner. Displays ownership of the accounts worked on with minimal supervision by meeting and exceeding the goals set for the accounts.
Integrates Teams: Engages with Planners, Design/Programming, Account Management and others, when appropriate, to develop strategic solutions to achieve clients’ objectives. Works with the Analytics team to monitor, analyze and report on campaign results.
Acts as a Consultant: Identifies opportunities and initiates new strategic projects based on a proactive interpretation of clients’ needs by making regular recommendations on how to optimize campaign performance. Evaluates composition of a wide range of media vehicles to determine which combinations would most effectively reach the target audience.
Acts as a Trendsetter: Remains current on the state-of-the-art media tools and the marketplace to keep a pulse on relevant opportunities for clients. Utilizes in-house state-of-the-art third-party research tools to develop target consumer profiles and identify strategic buying opportunities.
Engages with C-Level Professionals and Clients: Formulates, writes and presents campaign/media recommendations to client and internal teams. Maintains a deep understanding of client business goals/marketing objectives, then translates them into traditional and digital objectives/strategies.

Education: BA/BS degree (4-year college)

Experience: 2-5 years of media planning and buying experience


A detail-oriented, very organized person; able to multitask, plus work well under pressure
A proactive, articulate, intelligent and credible individual who is a self-starter and eager to make a difference with new and existing clients
Experience managing self-service programmatic digital media is a plus
Proficiency in media technology and research tools
Must possess a social media acumen as it relates to creating brand awareness for clients by driving responses and leads
Very strong analytical abilities
Excellent writing and strong/persuasive presentation skills
Agency experience preferred; candidates who have experience working with an agency that produces in-house media will meet increased chances of success during the interviewing process
