OB SUMMARY:

The Digital Media Buyer role within our Media & Acquisition team will oversee the strategy and execution of digital campaigns across our portfolio of clients. As a performance media specialist, this person will be responsible for developing and demonstrating expertise in an array of addressable advertising strategies utilizing tech-based buying and optimization tools to positively affect our client’s ROAS across search, display, social, mobile and video. This role will be focused exclusively on programmatic and platform buying, and this individual will interface with Analytics, Media Operations and Paid Media Specialists as needed to deliver measurable results. This is an individual who welcomes new challenges, identifies solutions and has the desire to grow and lead within this practice area.


Duties and Responsibilities
Suggest programmatic strategy and tactics that coordinate with and augment the overall media plan objectives for clients
Create and actively manage and optimize programmatic campaigns in DSPs and Paid Social platforms
Be consistently curious and inquisitive – learn how platforms work, and more importantly, learn how to maximize them
Manage campaigns across programmatic mobile, display, video, OTT, CTV, and audio
Understand how data from various channels can help the overall customer journey for each client account
Identify, suggest, and set up private marketplace deals
Continually acquire knowledge by maintaining relationships with key programmatic vendors in Adcom’s portfolio
Actively monitor campaign KPIs via reporting
Produce and present engaging campaign analysis to clients, demonstrating the effectiveness of planning, testing, and media optimization and management
Provide insight and guidance to members of the integrated media team
Maintain and stay current on industry news and research

Requirements

Demonstrated understanding of online marketing principles
3-5 years of relevant work experience in online advertising, direct marketing, or e-commerce; client and agency experience preferred
Hands-on experience with one or more of the following DSPs: Google DoubleClick Bid Manager, TheTradeDesk, DataXu, Amazon Advertising Platform, Adobe/TubeMogul, and Basis by Centro
DoubleClick Campaign Manager/DoubleClick Bid Manager certifications
High competency level in MS Office with specific strengths in Excel and PowerPoint
Able to work independently and balance multiple tasks
