Working primarily with the Client Partnership team and Director, Content Marketing, this individual will be responsible for:

Working collaboratively with interdisciplinary team to define, design and activate integrated campaign plans and content strategies

Providing input on goals, measurable objectives and key performance indicators – and their relationship in performance-based analysis and reporting across both online and offline channels

Content writing and development for a variety of media and channels (owned, social, earned, paid) aligned with agreed upon strategies and defined KPIs

Secondary research of industry subject matter and monitoring of news related to a variety of client businesses to inform digestible, audience-friendly content and storytelling opportunities for multi-channel distribution

Analysis of and optimization recommendations for content performance across all activation channels (e.g. website, social media, email, paid search/social, etc.) and then recommending optimizations that ensure future success

Leading the development of regular client reports that showcase campaign successes, key learnings, trends, insights and recommendations for improvements across online and offline channels

Additionally, the ideal candidate must meet these qualifications:

3+ years of experience in communications, marketing, analytics, consulting, or similar positions

Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Marketing, Integrated Marketing, Strategic Communications or similar preferred

Willingness and availability to travel

Strong time management skills and an ability to multitask

Sense of ownership and accountability for projects and role within teams

Team player with a proven ability to work well with a diverse group of professionals

Proficient in Microsoft office

Further qualifications a plus:

Experience managing content management systems (WordPress, Drupal), email marketing/marketing solutions (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Hubspot)

Experience managing social platforms (Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn) and social media management tools (Hootsuite, Sprout Social)

Google Certifications (Analytics, AdWords)

Familiarity with monitoring (Brandwatch), influencer (Buzzsumo), media database (Cision)

The physical activity required of this position includes standing, walking, lifting, pulling, pushing, kneeling, reaching, stooping, talking, hearing and use of repetitive motion. Light work is required of this position, occasionally lifting or moving objects between 10-20 pounds. The visual acuity of this position requires the ability to operate a motor vehicle. This position will not be substantially exposed to adverse environmental conditions.
