Ripple Effect Digital Marketing, a Great Lakes Publishing company, is looking for an Audience Marketing Manager. Our Ripple Effect team helps local businesses navigate the fast-paced, ever-changing digital landscape with cutting edge tactics built on serving customers while maintaining their authentic identity. Ripple Effect also acts as the in-house agency for Great Lakes Publishing’s magazine brands: Cleveland Magazine, Ohio Magazine and Lake Erie Living.  Content optimization
o Be an active participant within OM and CM editorial teams to provide analytics, insights and trends to help grow traffic, followers and subscribers
o Contribute ideas in the weekly editorial meetings
 Audience Marketing
o Employ traditional and digital marketing tactics to grow the quality and quantity of key audiences: print subscribers, website visitors, email newsletter subscribers, social media followers and event attendees. Current tactics include: renewal letters and email reminders; direct mail, email, social media, contests/giveaways and events.
o Work with CM and OM editorial teams to ensure consistency in branding and messaging
o Manage annual marketing budget
o Provide reports to leadership team on audience size and trends
o Provide analysis of cost per acquisition for marketing tactics
o Evaluate and recommend new marketing opportunities and 3rd party providers
 Fulfillment
o Manage and oversee audience CRMs
o Provide lists of active subscribers to printer each month
o Manage the subscriber renewal and invoice process
o Manage digital subscription vendor relationships
o Manage 3rd party subscription agency relationships
o Manage email subscriber lists
o Manage website advertising inventory and reporting
 3-5 years of experience in marketing, advertising, public relations or business
 An independent self-starter who can take charge and also work well within a team
 Must work well in a deadline-driven environment
 Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to handle multiple projects and priorities
