Job Summary

Our art directors also play a big role in our success and we’re on the search for an experienced, versatile and exceptionally talented professional to join our team. Are you full of ideas? Consider yourself to be a conceptual creative with a book of work that proves it? Able to display versatility in a number of different solutions? If so, you just may be the right person for the job!

Develop creative solutions that support defined strategies, with the majority of assignments accepted by the creative director and our client(s) without major revision. And above that, produce work that regularly receives positive recognition from the creative community, agency staff and clients.
Collaborate with copywriters to develop strong concepts (traditional and nontraditional) that meet advertising and marketing objectives.
Continually push the art direction on each assigned project.
Direct and execute assigned projects; manage photo shoots, designers and events as appropriate.
Prepare flawless work for client presentations.
Work cooperatively with a variety of team members and disciplines, while following internal processes and timelines to develop creative work that reflects inspired thinking.
Take an active interest in our clients’ businesses and develop a solid knowledge of their brands, products, and audiences.

Minimum of five years of experience as an art director within an advertising, marketing communications or digital agency is required.
A killer portfolio with amazing ideas, concepts, and creative solutions.
Proven background in creating great ideas and executing solutions that achieve client objectives.
Experience and ability to think across all mediums and channels, from traditional and digital to experiential and social.
Demonstrated experience keeping on top of and recommending (when appropriate) new and emerging technologies and trends.
The ability to “own” projects and supervises activities and production as necessary.
Must be able to move work and multiple projects quickly within the agency by following internal processes and timelines.
An articulate, friendly, “whatever-it-takes,” down-to-earth attitude, along with a strong work ethic.
Expert proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite
