We’re seeking an account supervisor with six to eight years of experience in/passion for marketing communications with strength in digital marketing; specifically ecommerce, lead generation and direct mail. This account leader will think strategically, analytically and manage large, complex digital marketing campaigns that drive new revenue streams for a high-profile client.


Build strong and lasting client relationships based on trust, asking better questions and delivering true, measurable and sustainable results. Guide the client toward making wise decisions based on your strong understanding of ecommerce marketing and lead generation.
Counsel the client on appropriate channels to sell their products, including direct marketing, websites, SEO/SEM across multiple digital platforms.
Build, maintain and deliver email communications based on best practices and client objectives.
Perform market analysis to identify new demand gen opportunities and co-marketing partners.
Work collaboratively and respectfully with agency teams and specialists from strategic services, digital production, media, Search, UX, development and analytics. Clearly communicate client marketing communications objectives to internal teams.
Be accountable - manage SOWs, project schedules, deliverables and budgets.
Analyze overall account profitability to ensure the client is receiving real value while the agency is realizing a profit.
Immerse yourself in our clients’ products, business goals and marketing objectives.
Present agency ideas and work to the client with professionalism, enthusiasm and integrity.
Foster career growth; work with your manager to facilitate your professional development plan while supervising, coaching and mentoring others around you.

Six to eight years of account management experience in marketing communications, (advertising and/or digital marketing |agency and/or corporate background.)
Four to five years’ experience in ecommerce and lead-generation marketing is essential, and experience in the professional services (e.g., insurance, home security) space is a huge plus.
A bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing, communications, business or other related field.
Deep understanding of prospecting, including targeting, offer development, email marketing, CRM, SEO, and content development.
Deep understanding of ROI-oriented ecommerce marketing and internet advertising models including multichannel digital campaigns.
A proven track record of success and results creating, leading and executing marketing communications projects and campaigns, including ecommerce, lead generation, web, mobile and social media to meet specific goals.
Ability to build strong relationships with clients and agency team specialists. Must be a diplomat, strategist, psychologist and an eloquent communicator all rolled into one.
Strategic – skilled at providing thoughtful, clear and accurate counsel to clients regarding marketing objectives.
Deep understanding of agency processes, capabilities/specialties, and how to effectively get work done on time and on budget.
Exemplary organizational and project management skills – the ability to manage multiple tasks and moving parts in a fast-paced, deadline-sensitive environment.
Uncompromising attention to detail. Consistently demonstrate a high degree of accuracy even when under pressure.
Experience in and desire to supervise and mentor junior account executives.
Confidence, integrity and professionalism necessary to represent the agency to its client(s) and prospects.
A down-to-earth, friendly, “whatever-it-takes” attitude, along with open-minded curiosity, and a strong work ethic. (A good sense of humor helps too.)
