This addition was brought on by the recent acquisition of Devs United—a team helping companies implement customer relationship management (CRM) programs, marketing automation technologies, and other customer engagement applications. The ideal person for the role will help Devs United mesh together Marcus Thomas’ deep bench in analytics, digital media, social marketing and strategy with CRM capabilities.

● Have a proven track record of implementing winning sales strategies

● Knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud or comparable marketing automation platform

● Experience in a sales-related position selling Salesforce Marketing Cloud or a comparable marketing automation platform

● Experience working in a Digital Marketing Agency is a plus, but not required


● Represent the CRM and Marketing Automation team and its capabilities to fulfill opportunities for successful agreements

● Collaborate with the CRM and Marketing Automation, and sales teams to develop lead generation and branding strategies that create awareness of existing and potential customers

● Collaborate with the CRM and Marketing Automation team to plan budget expenses for sales- related initiatives

● Work together with senior leadership to establish various team roles and structure to support the CRM and Marketing Automation sales organization

● Support existing clients and help the account team identify opportunities, for upsell

● Maintain and report a pipeline of upcoming opportunities and collaborate with the different practice areas to plan for capacity and resource allocation for upcoming projects

● Research prospective accounts in targeted markets, pursue leads and follow through to a successful agreement

● Understand the target markets, including industry, company, project, company contacts and which market strategies can be used to attract clients

● Follow the latest industry developments and stay up-to-date on corporate competitors

● Monitor, report and project revenue for the Marketing Automation service offerings based on goals defined by the management team

● Act as primary liaison to staff within the agency to raise awareness of Salesforce offering and its application to our client/prospect base
