The AAF-Cleveland ADDY Planning Team is proud to announce the judges for this year’s competition. Judging will take place January 19-20, 2018. Let’s meet the judges:
Erin Routson – Art Director, Hatchbeauty, Los Angeles, CA
Erin M. Routson is an art director, designer and writer based in Los Angeles. She has worked for Hatchbeauty, L’Oreal, Abercrombie & Fitch and Newell Rubbermaid, among others. Erin holds an an MFA in Design Criticism from the School of Visual Arts, completing a thesis on public housing policy and design in the United States, and a BS in Graphic Design from the University of Cincinnati. In addition, she is a partner in Odd Jobs Design Co. and the co-founder and producer of Basketball Party, an NBA podcast.

Jim Morrisey – Creative Director, Cactus, Denver, CO
For James, cynicism is a four-letter word and one of the biggest barriers to creativity.
