AAF-Cleveland Announces 4 Under 40 Class of 2019

Each year, AAF-Cleveland recognizes four outstanding young professionals who’ve made an impact on the local advertising and communications industry, have given back to the community, and have demonstrated a commitment to mentorship and education.

AAF-Cleveland is proud to recognize this year’s worthy recipients of the 4 Under 40 Award:

Diana Prodan, Digital Marketing Specialist at Knox Marketing

Jeff Culliton, Senior Account & Digital Strategy Director at Adom

Chris Jungjohann, Managing Partner and COO at Recess Creative.

Christian Woltman, Design Director at Little Jacket

image1Diana Prodan’s career began in public service, working for Cleveland City Council and the Cleveland Department of Public Utilities.  She then moved into the marketing agency world where she specialized in content and engagement strategies spanning a wide range of industries.  Diana serves on the Hunger Network of Cleveland’s Best Party of the Year committee and has also spent many years volunteering for the Ukrainian Cultural Arts Association of Greater Cleveland and teaching Ukrainian folk dance.

I28A9904 (1)Jeff Culliton is the Senior Account & Digital Strategy Director at Adcom.  Known for his razor-sharp strategies and thought leadership, Jeff engages in all facets of the agency and is an integral part of its continued growth and success.  Jeff is also a leader away from the office, as he is heavily involved with Lakewood Youth Hockey, Blockland and the West Side Catholic Center.  When Jeff is not busy at Adcom or with his community work, you likely find him at an AAF-Cleveland Ad Addicts, NEO Digital or ADDY event.

chris-jungjohann-headshot-recessChris Jungjohann is founder and COO at Recess Creative. Under his leadership, the company has grown dramatically in both in size and creative stature.  Lauded as a leader in the greater Cleveland advertising circle, Chris is also passionate about helping non-profit organizations as well as young aspiring artists and designers.  Chris teaches a Professional Practices class at his alma mater, the Cleveland Institute of Art. And in his spare time, he coaches youth baseball and basketball.

LJ_20171207_0070 (1)Christian Woltman is an award-winning graphic designer whose work has been recognized nationally by Communication Arts and the One Show, among others. Christian has a passion for helping clients in the nonprofit and education sectors.  His work for the Open Doors Academy – a youth development center based in Cleveland – has helped the organization grow from one location to 15.  Christian is also passionate about mentoring the next generation of great designers, as he heads Little Jackets’ internship program.

The 4 Under 40 Award Program is the brainchild of the late David Stashower, an industry pioneer.  The program not only honors deserving young professionals, but also honors his legacy, which reverberates across the Cleveland advertising community to this day.
